SHIPPING

All orders will be processed and shipped within a 48-hour window from the time the order is received. Orders selected for Next Day Shipping that are placed before 1:00PM EST Monday - Thursday will ship the same day. Any orders with Next Day Shipping placed on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Fellas Haberdashery is not responsible for any shipment delays caused by clearing times for orders passing through the fraud protection system.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
International orders are excluded from free shipping and are subject to international rates and duties depending on the carrier. Expedited shipping is available on all orders. Rates will be calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. All packages will be shipped using UPS, USPS, or DHL. 

To ensure we are able to support our One-For-One donation efforts and to comply with sanitary safety regulations, Masks and grooming supplies are final sale and not eligible for any type of return. All other items returned within 7 days of the original purchase date at full price qualify for a full refund. Purchases made with promo codes, discounts or bundles are NOT eligible for refund and only qualify for an EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT only. Returns made after 15 days of the order shipment date but before 30 days will receive a STORE CREDIT ONLY.

If the item is returned without an RA number, is lost in transit, and cannot be located, a $30 lost item fee will be charged. Items must be unworn and in original condition of purchase. Fellas Haberdashery will NOT cover the cost of return shipping on any domestic/international returns.

REFUNDS
Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected by our team, the refund is then processed through our system within 1-3 business days. Credit card refunds typically post anywhere from 3-7 business days after processing however, time is dependent on each customer’s financial institution. If your item fails to meet our return criteria, we will contact you with your options to proceed. Refunds issued will be for the item purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

EXCHAGES
Fellas Haberdashery will NOT cover shipping on exchanges. Promo codes ARE eligible for exchange.

Fellas Haberdashery and Salon is not responsible for any damages resulting from cutting into packaging with scissors/razor blade, washing incorrectly, or improper removal of any tags.
